Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Sales Coordinator / Digital Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales, driving business growth through various online platforms, and providing excellent customer service. The candidate should have good MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Sales: Manage online sales through various platforms, including Amazon, Indiamart, and our company website.

2. Amazon Listing: Create and manage Amazon listings, including product uploads, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

3. Online Marketing: Assist online marketing

4. Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through online channels, phone, and WhatsApp.

6. Quotation and Pricing: Prepare and send quotations to customers, and negotiate prices with clients and vendors.

7. Dispatch and Logistics: Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders, and track shipment status to keep customers informed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
