The Digital Sales Executive is responsible for driving online sales by promoting the company's products and services through digital platforms. This role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets using various digital tools and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify potential clients through online research, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
Engage with prospects and existing customers via email, chat, social media, and video calls.
Manage and nurture sales leads through the entire sales cycle until closure.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with promotional activities.
Use CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and update client information.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
Stay updated on digital sales trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Attend virtual meetings, webinars, and product demos as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in digital sales, online marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of digital sales tools, social media platforms, and e-commerce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
1 to 2 years of experience in digital sales, online marketing, or related roles.
