Digital Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Digital Sales Executive to support and grow our online sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads, nurturing customer relationships, managing online listings, and assisting with digital marketing efforts. This position requires strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and familiarity with e-commerce tools and trends.

Engage with customers via email, live chat, and social media to promote products and close sales

Manage and optimize online product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.)

Track and analyse sales metrics to identify growth opportunities

Collaborate with marketing to implement online promotions, email campaigns, and social media strategies

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Provide exceptional post-sale support and handle returns, complaints, and customer inquiries

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new digital tools

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or a similar customer-facing role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in using digital tools like CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and spreadsheets

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, online environment



Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or Instagram Sales Platforms Nice to Have:

Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

Video editing or content production skills.

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Basic understanding of SEO and SEM platforms

Experience with customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) Compensation: You begin with a Base Salary of Rs. 1,80,000 P.A with additional commission based on sales lead conversions. There will be a probationary period of 3 months during which the work will be reviewed and lead to conversion rate analysed.
