We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive (Female)

who will interact with warm leads interested in our online digital education programs and our AI-powered affiliate marketing training platform. These leads have already watched our informational videos or shown interest on our website. (

Bonus per conversion is also provided as an add-on.)

The role includes explaining how our digital courses, structured learning modules, and automation-based tools work, helping prospects understand the features and benefits, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

You will also manage follow-ups, assist during online presentations/webinars, handle customer communication, conduct video meetings for feedback/testimonials, and support reputation management across digital platforms. Basic support in digital marketing tasks such as social media engagement and managing customer reviews will also be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Contact warm leads who have shown interest in our digital programs Clearly explain course structure, features, and platform benefits Guide prospects through the enrollment process Handle follow-ups via calls, messages, and emails Conduct Zoom calls with enrolled customers to gather feedback and video testimonials Assist during webinars and online presentations Manage basic social media engagement (DMs, comments, interactions) Support online reputation management across review platforms Maintain daily tracking, follow-up records, and documentation Coordinate with internal teams for updates and communication

Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent (preferred) Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Confident speaking on camera (Zoom/Webinars) Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts Prior experience in sales, follow-up, customer support, or telecalling is an advantage Ability to work with structured reporting and lead management Good time management and organizational skills

Laptop/Desktop with a working camera Stable internet connection Quiet workspace for calls and video meetings Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (flexible as per workflow)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
