What You'll Do:
- Handle Instagram DMs, WhatsApp chats & website inquiries
- Share product details, videos, pricing & recommendations
- Convert warm leads with consistent follow-ups
- Maintain lead sheets & organised tracking
- Do basic research (stylists, planners, stores, exhibitions)
- Support BD during exhibitions & coordinate with operations
You're a Fit If You:
- Are great at online communication
- Love fashion/jewellery/luxury
- Are quick, organised & proactive
- Know Google Sheets + digital tools
- Have 1-3 years in digital sales or chat support
