We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves driving online sales across multiple digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp inquiries via our website, as well as supporting store clients from different cities and countries). The ideal candidate will excel at building strong customer relationships and delivering highly personalized service from curating customized look books and styling options to ensuring every client's needs are clearly understood and seamlessly fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue digital sales opportunities across platforms (social media, email, website, etc.)
Reach out to potential customers via online channels and follow up on leads
Understand customer needs and present suitable digital products or services
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and generate leads
Use CRM tools to track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions
Stay updated on industry trends, market activity, and competitors
Provide feedback on customer needs and help improve product offerings
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in digital sales or online business development
Strong understanding of digital platforms and online sales techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus
