At My Rafiky, we're building a mental wellness platform that makes therapy and emotional support more affordable, accessible, and community-driven. Alongside online therapy and wellness companion sessions, we host retreats, weekend getaways, and wellness events that give people the chance to connect, reflect, and recharge.

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Communications Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll help promote, organize, and sell our wellness events while building strong connections with our community.

What You'll Do

Engage with clients and participants to promote upcoming events, retreats, and getaways. Handle inquiries through calls, messages, and emails with warmth and professionalism. Drive event registrations and sales while maintaining a community-first approach. Assist in planning, coordination, and smooth execution of events. Share creative ideas for improving outreach and participant experiences.
What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (spoken & written). A people-first mindset -- approachable, empathetic, and proactive. Willingness to learn -- no prior experience required, training will be provided. Energy and motivation to contribute to a growing wellness platform.
