Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow online sales channels with a focus on e-commerce and retail accounts (eBay, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Prospect, engage, and close sales with new and existing customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales data, leads, and pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot).
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Provide timely reports and insights on sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in online/digital sales with an e-commerce or retail company (eBay, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
Flexibility to work during US business hours.
