Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DRO Milling Machine Operator to operate and maintain

milling machines equipped with Digital Readout (DRO) systems. The candidate

should have hands-on experience with manual milling operations, ability to read

technical drawings, and a strong focus on precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

? Operate DRO milling machines to machine parts as per technical drawings.

? Set up workpieces, tools, and fixtures on the machine.

? Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality.

? Measure and inspect parts using precision instruments (e.g., vernier,

micrometer, height gauge).

? Adjust machine settings and offsets as needed.

? Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

? Report any machine issues or deviations to the supervisor.

Requirements:

? Experience operating manual milling machines with DRO systems.

? Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

? Basic knowledge of tooling and machining processes.

? Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards.

? Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

? ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
