Role Definition

Provides day-to-day support to customers and field service staff in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.

Responsibilities

Coordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions. Identifies, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs. Gathers and consolidates feedback from customers and field staff. Coordinates with field support specialists and customers to address and resolve problems and expand product usage. Answers customer and field support questions; provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues.

Must Requirement:

1. 3 to 5 Years of working experience on the Web Based application development


2. Should possess the following skills:

Business Analysis Decision Making and Critical Thinking Effective Communications Software Change Request Management Software Engineering Software Problem Management Software Product Business Knowledge User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

3. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance or Equivalent

Good To Have Requirement:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance or Equivalent
