Job description: We are looking for Digital Product OWNER based at Noida (NSEZ). Key Mission: Define and prioritize the features and functionality of our digital products Setup a governance around the system data quality and raise alerts on deviations Develop and maintain product roadmaps and deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop digital products Gather and analyze user feedbacks to improve the system and data Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements Manage product budgets and resources Roles & Responsibilities Weekly/Monthly routines with different users to follow the system performance System data extraction and analysis Product roadmap: A document that outlines the key features and functionality that will be added to the product over time, along with the timeline for their delivery. Product requirements: Detailed descriptions of the features and functionality that will be included in the product, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and any relevant technical constraints. Prioritized product backlog: A list of all the features and enhancements that have been identified for the product, ranked in order of priority. Product usage and best practices Manage Product upgrades & updates Single interface for Security and Cyber topics related to the Digital Product. Product governance and reporting: Regular updates to stakeholders on the status and product reporting Product demos: Presentations to stakeholders that showcase the new features and functionality of the product (Videos, Presentations, Guidelines) User feedback: Gathering and analyzing feedback from users on the product\'s features and functionality, and using that feedback to inform future development efforts. SLA,KPI, goals, policies, and procedures for delivery teams (Yearly, monthly tracking) Who are we looking for To succeed in the above mission, you will need to have following skills/experience: Technical B.S degree in computer science or systems engineering 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field Demonstrated success in defining and launching digital products Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration) Experience using business intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI Strategic thinking : The ability to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the product, and to create a long-term vision for the product\'s development. Communication : The ability to clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap to the development team, as well as to stakeholders such as customers and executives. User-centricity : A deep understanding of the needs and wants of the product\'s target users, and the ability to design features that meet those needs. Business acumen : The ability to understand the market and competitive landscape, and to make decisions that balance the needs of the business with the needs of the user. Technical expertise : A good understanding of technology and how it can be used to build and enhance the product. Collaboration : The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Leadership : The ability to inspire and guide the development team, and to make tough decisions when necessary.
