Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and management of the digital products, from conception to launch. You\'ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and business development, to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive the success of our digital offerings. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones to define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market trends, customer needs, and business goals. Owing to the discovery activities, product documentation, user stories, PRDs, and problem statements. Needs to be a strong communicator (upward, downward, and horizontal) Supports a number of enterprise platforms outside of the site, including subscription platforms. Understand third-party integration and performance-related SLAs and response times. Understands tagging and data layer components. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and manage expectations throughout the product lifecycle. Basic Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital products and technologies. eCommerce/Retail experience, understands SEO and the impact you can have on other areas depending on architecture. Also has API experience. Has worked with site experience, content-driven teams, data management, and marketing. Understands the overall retail conversion funnel, how customers enter, and the flow.
