JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Digital Product Information Manager
Reports To: Head - Business Intelligence Analytics and PIM
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Location: Pune/Bangalore
Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Product Information Manager to lead the evolution of SKF's product data ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital transformation, customer-centric content, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be instrumental in enhancing product discoverability, accuracy, and relevance across platforms like SKF.com, distributor portals, and CAD libraries.
Key responsibilities (or What you can expect in the role)

• Enhance Customer Experience

Translate customer insights into actionable improvements using tools like HotJar, Tridion, Content Stack and ServiceNow. * Collaborate Across Functions
Partner with product managers, engineering, IT, and marketing to ensure product data reflects both technical precision and market relevance. * Manage Taxonomy & Attributes
Oversee taxonomy creation, attribute mapping, and schema development to support intuitive product navigation. * Digital Asset Oversight
Ensure consistency and quality of illustrations, CAD models, and technical documents across platforms like TraceParts and Kadenas. * Monitor & Report Performance
Use analytics dashboards (ElasticSearch, Power BI) to track data quality, completeness, and customer engagement metrics. * Drive Process Improvements
Streamline workflows for catalog publication, incident handling, and data migration with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements (or We expect you to have/be)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in PIM, product development, or technical content management
• Proficiency in PIM systems, , and data visualization tools

• Web Content Management Systems (CMS):- Eg: Tridion Sites, ContentStack, and MediaHub for managing digital content
• CAD & Digital Asset Management Tools: Eg: Traceparts, Cadenas
• Search & Integration Tools: Eg: ElasticSearch, PLM Windchill

• Hands-on expertise with PIM platforms such as Informatica Product 360, InRiver, or ContentStack, SAP MDG
