Key Responsibilities:
1. Product & UX Design
Design user-centric digital products from concept to execution.
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Translate business requirements into functional product experiences.
2. Case Studies & Design Process
Build clear
case studies
that explain problem statements, user insights, and design decisions.
Document design processes, iterations, and outcomes.
Present design thinking clearly to internal teams.
3. Design Systems & Consistency
Create and maintain
design systems
for digital products.
Ensure consistency across product interfaces and digital touchpoints.
Improve usability while maintaining brand alignment.
4. Tools, Collaboration & Speed
Design and prototype using
Figma
.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced product environment and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
? Junior to Mid-level experience in Digital Design, Product Design, or UI/UX
? Strong hands-on experience with
Figma
? Solid understanding of
UX principles, user flows, and interaction design
? Experience designing responsive web and product interfaces
? Ability to create structured
case studies
? Understanding of design systems and component-based design
? Good communication and collaboration skills
? Portfolio with product-focused work is required
