Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Digital Printing Operator

to manage and operate digital printing machines in our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality printing output, maintain printing equipment, and support production targets with minimal errors.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate digital printing machines (e.g., UV printers, inkjet, DTG, sublimation, or other digital presses). Prepare printing files, check layouts, colors, and quality before production. Load materials (paper, vinyl, fabric, etc.) and manage printing workflow according to production plans. Adjust machine settings (color calibration, speed, resolution) to achieve accurate print results. Monitor prints for quality assurance and immediately report defects or machine issues. Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to prevent downtime. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and support the technician for larger problems. Record production data, material usage, and job completion details. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the printing area. Collaborate with production planners, quality inspectors, and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma (10+2) or equivalent. Diploma/ITI in Printing Technology / Mechanical / Electronics (preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years of experience as a digital printing operator or in a similar role. Exposure to industrial printers and print finishing is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of digital printing processes and machines. Basic computer skills for print file preparation (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, RIP software). Ability to read job tickets and technical specifications.

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail and quality focus. Team player with good communication skills. Ability to work under production deadlines.

Work Environment

Factory/Production floor environment. Standing for extended periods and handling print media rolls. Use of safety equipment and adherence to workplace protocols.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
