About the Role
This isn't your typical SEO job.
As our Link Building Expert, you'll be at the front lines of our organic growth engine, finding opportunities, building systems, and scaling what works.
You'll own the full lifecycle of link building: from strategy to outreach to tracking. You'll write emails that get opened, build relationships that matter, and earn backlinks that actually move the needle.
This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, experimentation, and measurable impact.
What You'll Do

• Own link building from start to scale. Prospect, pitch, follow up, and land links that matter -- editorial, niche, high-authority, and everything in between.

• Craft outreach that works. Cold emails, warm intros, value-first pitches -- you'll write like a human and build trust like a pro.

• Work closely with content and SEO. Know what we're publishing, why it matters, and where it deserves to be linked from.

• Systematize and scale. Build repeatable workflows for prospecting, tracking, and reporting -- without relying on a million tabs and spreadsheets.

• Stay sharp and curious. Experiment with HARO, guest posts, digital PR, broken link building, and whatever else gives us an edge.

• Measure and improve. Track domain ratings, link quality, velocity -- and use data to double down on what works.

What We're Looking For

• You've done this before -- whether as a freelancer, agency side, or in-house.

• You know how to spot a quality backlink opportunity -- and land it.

• You're comfortable with tools like Ahrefs, BuzzStream, Hunter, Notion, and Google Sheets.

• You enjoy writing and can craft personalized outreach without sounding robotic.

• You love the thrill of getting a "yes" -- and know how to handle the "no's."

• You can manage campaigns independently, but you also play well with others.

• You're curious, resourceful, and always looking to make your processes smarter.

Bonus Points

• You've worked with SaaS brands

• You have basic SEO chops (keyword research, SERP analysis, etc.)

• You've built custom link-building workflows

• You've contributed to communities, forums, or digital PR efforts

• You hate spammy link building with a passion
