Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

to lead the online marketing initiatives for our group of three companies in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in

Performance Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing (SMM)

, with a strong focus on driving qualified leads, enhancing online visibility, and achieving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn

. Develop and execute effective

SEO strategies

(on-page, off-page, and technical) to boost website visibility and organic traffic. Lead

social media marketing initiatives

, including campaign management, content scheduling, engagement, and community building. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all digital platforms to measure ROI and identify improvement opportunities. Conduct

audience, keyword, and competitor research

to enhance ad performance and SEO outcomes. Optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates. Oversee

remarketing and lead-nurturing campaigns

to improve retention and conversion efficiency. Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to maintain brand alignment and consistency. Prepare

weekly and monthly performance reports

for management review. Manage the digital marketing roadmap for all three group companies under a unified brand strategy.

Requirements

1-5 years of hands-on experience in

Performance Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing

. Proficient in

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console

. Strong knowledge of

keyword research, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

, and content optimization techniques. Experience in

social media growth, engagement analytics

, and audience building. Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

Professional certifications in

Google Ads, SEO, or Social Media Marketing

. Experience working in the

education or training sector

. Familiarity with

CRM and marketing automation tools

such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Meriito.
