Key Responsibilities-Email Marketing & Automation
Design, implement, and manage email automation campaigns
Develop email sequences for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and retention
Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance
Maintain and segment email lists for targeted campaigns
Paid Advertising (Meta/Facebook & Instagram)
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
Develop ad strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPA, and ROAS
Conduct audience research and create custom/lookalike audiences
Manage advertising budgets effectively and provide regular performance reports
Data Sourcing & Lead Generation
Research and source quality data for marketing campaigns
Build and maintain databases of prospects and leads
Identify new data sources and lead generation opportunities
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulations
Develop strategies for continuous data enrichment
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels
Use analytics tools to derive actionable insights
Create regular performance reports for management
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
Strategy & Execution
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
Coordinate with design team for creative assets (social media posts will be handled by design team)
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Test and implement new marketing tools and technologies

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
