Job Summary



We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in the gym and fitness industry. The role focuses on driving membership sales, PT leads, brand visibility, and retention through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in lead generation, paid campaigns, local SEO, social media growth, and conversion optimization specific to gyms and wellness brands.



Key Responsibilities



1. Fitness-Focused Digital Strategy



Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase:



Gym memberships



Personal training (PT) leads



Group class enrolments



Free trials & walk-ins



Plan monthly promotional campaigns (New Year, Summer Shred, Festive Offers, Transformation Challenges)



Align digital efforts with sales and operations teams



2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing



Manage and optimize paid campaigns on:



Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram - primary gym lead source)



Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)



Run location-based and hyper-local campaigns



Optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality



Create high-converting ad copies, creatives, and offers



Track leads through CRM and follow-up funnels



3. Local SEO & Google Business Profile Management



Optimize Google Business Profiles for all gym locations



Improve local search visibility and map rankings



Manage reviews, ratings, and customer responses



Implement local keyword strategies (e.g., "Best Gym in Pitampura")



4. Social Media Marketing (Fitness-Centric)



Plan content calendars focused on:



Workout videos & reels



Trainer highlights



Member transformations



Testimonials & success stories



Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing



Increase engagement, followers, and inquiry conversions



Collaborate with trainers and influencers for brand visibility.



5. Content Marketing & Branding



Develop compelling fitness-related content for ads, websites, and social media



Ensure consistent brand voice across all digital platforms



Coordinate with designers, videographers, and trainers



Oversee shoots for gym walkthroughs, workouts, and reels



6. Website, Landing Pages & CRO



Manage gym website and landing pages



Optimize pages for:



Free trial sign-ups



Membership inquiries



PT consultation bookings



Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and UX improvements



7. CRM, Automation & Follow-Ups



Integrate leads from ads into CRM systems



Design automated WhatsApp, SMS, and email follow-up journeys



Coordinate with sales teams for lead closures



Track lead-to-member conversion ratios



8. Analytics, Reporting & ROI Tracking



Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools



Generate weekly and monthly performance reports



Track:



Cost per lead



Walk-ins



Membership conversions



Revenue attribution



Provide insights to improve marketing ROI



9. Online Reputation & Brand Trust



Monitor online reviews, feedback, and comments



Ensure professional handling of customer queries and complaints



Strengthen brand trust and community presence



10. Collaboration & Leadership



Work closely with:



Sales consultants



Fitness managers



Trainers & PT teams



Train internal teams on digital lead handling best practices



Manage vendors, agencies, and freelancers (if applicable)



Required Skills & Expertise



Proven experience in gym / fitness / wellness digital marketing



Strong knowledge of lead-driven performance marketing



Expertise in Meta & Google Ads



Hands-on experience with local SEO & Google Maps



Strong understanding of fitness customer psychology



Analytical mindset with ROI focus



Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field



3-6+ years of digital marketing experience (fitness industry preferred)



Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads are an advantage
