Role Overview
The Digital Performance Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data?driven digital activities, especially on social media across all international IAM channels. This role ensures continuous performance improvement, delivers insightful reporting, and supports international marketing teams in elevating digital performance effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Planning & Execution
Plan and execute data?driven social media posts (content boosting) across all international IAM social media channels, with primary focus on Meta platforms.
Monitor ongoing post-performance and implement continuous optimizations to maximize reach and engagement.
Reporting & Analytics of all digital touchpoints
Develop and deliver management reports, local market reports, and ad?hoc performance analyses of all international digital touchpoints (IAM Websites and Social Media channels).
Conduct in?depth success measurement, evaluate performance KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations for strategic decision?making.
Cross?Functional Collaboration
Work closely with international marketing teams to align strategies and improve social media activities across markets.
Support global stakeholders with insights, best practices, and performance guidance.
Social Media Tool Ownership
Act as the primary owner for assigned social media tools.
Onboard new employees and provide ongoing support to international marketing colleagues.
Ensure proper tool usage, documentation, and troubleshooting.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media management, performance marketing, or digital communications.
Strong data affinity with the ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into clear actions.
Hands?on experience working with Meta Ads Manager and additional advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads as well as Website analytics tools as Piwik or similar tools .
High interest in structuring data and presenting insights in a clear, understandable way to diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
