Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Proactively identify and approach businesses across various sectors (e.g., hospitality, real estate, retail, F&B) that can benefit from social media marketing.
Client Engagement:
Schedule and conduct compelling virtual and in-person meetings to pitch our social media solutions.
Consultation & Strategy:
Consult clients on leveraging social media to grow their online brand and drive real-world results
Relationships & Closure
: Build strong trust, negotiate contracts, and confidently close deals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our internal creative and marketing teams to ensure client success.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management, ideally within digital marketing or media services.
Communicator:
A natural communicator, networker, and persuasive professional with a consultative sales approach.
Digital Savvy:
Solid understanding of how social media content translates into tangible business outcomes (footfall, conversions, engagement).
Proactive & Professional
: Highly professional, proactive, and skilled at building long-term, trusting relationships.
Flexible:
Comfortable traveling locally and across different regions of India as needed.
