Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor digital inkjet printing machines for tile surface decoration. Prepare print files and ensure correct alignment and scaling of tile designs. Check color calibration, design consistency, and resolution before printing. Load and unload tiles to/from the printing line, ensuring proper handling. Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of digital machines. Inspect printed tiles for quality defects and make real-time adjustments. Troubleshoot machine issues and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisor. Maintain detailed production and machine operation records. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in the printing area. Collaborate with design and quality control teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Graduation or diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (digital printing in ceramics/tiles preferred). Knowledge of digital printing technologies Basic understanding of color theory and printing processes. Attention to detail and good visual accuracy. Ability to work in shifts and in a factory environment.
