. The role involves managing, processing, and analysing data using multiple digital tools and platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data, automating repetitive tasks, and supporting content workflows through research and tagging.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update data across platforms, spreadsheets, and CRMs.
Work with
CSV files, APIs, and OCR tools
to extract and organize data efficiently.
Perform
data entry, research, uploading, and tagging
across various systems.
Use
ChatGPT (AI tools)
effectively for prompt-based tasks, translations, summaries, and automation support.
Prepare and maintain reports using
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and
Markdown
formatting.
Conduct basic calculations and validations using
basic mathematics
for data consistency.
Handle
HTML-formatted content
for uploads and web-based editing.
Translate content using online
translation tools
(multi-language familiarity is a plus).
Collaborate with internal teams to improve automation and workflow efficiency.
