About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Digital & Motion Graphics Designer (with Web Design Expertise) to design and develop stunning static, motion, and video content across platforms. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both AI-driven design tools and the Adobe Creative Suite, with additional capability in HTML/CSS for creating responsive web layouts and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually engaging static graphics, marketing banners, and campaign creatives. Design and animate motion graphics for videos, social media, and brand storytelling. Develop AI-generated visuals usingMidjourney and create AI-based videos with Synthesia. Edit and color-grade videos using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Premiere Pro. Create animations and motion visuals in After Effects. Design high-quality visuals, layouts, and brand assets using Photoshop, Illustrator

and InDesign. Collaborate with design and product teams using Figma for UI/UX design integration. Design responsive landing pages and layouts using HTML & CSS (Mandatory). Ensure web designs are fully responsive across devices and optimized for performance. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity. Stay current with design trends, AI tools, and web technologies.

Key Skills & Tools:

AI & Video Tools Midjourney, Synthesia, DaVinci Resolve Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign Design Collaboration: Figma Web Design: HTML, CSS (Responsive Design, Landing Page Development) Strong knowledge of motion graphics, visual storytelling, and static design Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Media, Web Design, or a related field (preferred) 3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and web layout design Strong portfolio demonstrating static, motion, video, and web design work
