What would you do
o Support planning and execution of advertising campaigns across digital (eg, programmatic display, social, video) and traditional (TV, radio, OOH) channels o Assist with audience research--collect and analyze demographic/behavioral data, competitors, and media consumption habits o Help develop media plans: determine optimal channel mix, frequency, timing, and target reach
What are we looking for
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field o 3-5 years of experience in media planning or digital marketing environments (agency preferred) o Familiarity with media planning tools (eg Nielsen, MOAT, comScore), DSPs, ad-serving platforms, and Google Analytics o Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data, media math, and performance reporting o Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities o Collaborative mindset--enjoy working across teams to align creative, account, and media execution
Roles and Responsibilities: o Support campaign trafficking: issue insertion orders (IOs), manage RFPs, liaise with vendors, ensure correct ad placement o Monitor campaign performance (KPIs like impressions, clicks, conversions), track budgets and invoice reconciliation o Aid in post-campaign analysis: compile reports, highlight insights, and suggest optimizations o Stay updated with media channel trends--programmatic tools, DSPs, analytics platforms
