What would you do
o Compliance & Brand Guidelines: Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines, legal standards, and regional compliance requirements Work closely with legal teams to enforce contracts and ensure influencers maintain transparent relationships o Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on influencer program performance, budgets, and KPIs Provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams to drive improvements in influencer operations o Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize influencer management processes, implementing tools and systems to improve campaign execution and overall operational efficiency
What are we looking for
o Experience: 5+ years in influencer marketing or operations with a proven track record in managing multi-market campaigns o Skills: Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills Proficient in influencer management tools and marketing platforms o Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of influencer marketing regulations, including FTC guidelines and contract management o Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize influencer strategies based on data and feedback
Roles and Responsibilities: o Influencer Sourcing & Management: Lead the end-to-end process for influencer sourcing, onboarding, and management Oversee the recruitment, vetting, and contracting of influencers to ensure they align with brand goals and market needs o Client Liaison & Market Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for global brand teams and local markets Ensure seamless communication and alignment between internal teams and influencers across multiple regions o Team & Resource Management: Manage team capacity, workflows, and resource allocation, ensuring smooth execution of influencer campaigns across markets Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
