Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Marketing strategy for social media and emerging marketing channels that facilitates community building, engagement, and customer experience. Strategy includes understanding of key audience segments, business and marketing opportunities, campaign and supporting content development, role of channel, and measurement.
What are we looking for?
This role leads the development of consistent workflows, governance models, and cross-market tools to ensure effective and efficient delivery of influencer campaigns, especially in the micro-influencer space. The Senior Social & Influencer Operations Lead drives the operational strategy and execution framework for influencer marketing across social platforms at scale.
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Define and lead influencer operations processes and infrastructure across all social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). o Oversee governance, compliance, and consistency in execution of influencer campaigns globally or across regions. o Partner with social, brand, legal, and procurement teams to manage risk, contract integrity, and platform utilization. o Lead vendor and influencer platform partnerships, ensuring seamless integration and performance tracking. o Establish operational KPIs, service levels, and delivery scorecards for influencer execution. o Lead and mentor influencer operations teams across markets to drive operational excellence. o Identify and implement automation opportunities to scale micro-influencer programs efficiently. o Ensure working with the right teams for integration of influencer data into broader marketing operations and performance dashboards.
