What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Standards and Accessibility Analyst Responsible for Standards and Web Accessibility reviews Conduct training to internal and external stakeholders Create and update webpages by using CMS tool Should be familiar with web development Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS working knowledge is a must Excellent client/stakeholder Coordination and Communications skills Content writing skills Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.
What are we looking for? We are looking for Standards and Accessibility Analyst who will be - Responsible for Standards and Web Accessibility reviews, Conduct training to internal and external stakeholders, Create and update webpages by using CMS tool , Should be familiar with web development , Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS working knowledge is a must, Excellent client/stakeholder Coordination and Communications skills, Content writing skills Experience on Web Standards and Accessibility Graduate with excellent knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Content Management / Website Management Excellent Communication Skills. Fluent in spoken and written English 0-2 years of client facing experience in Content writing, Website management and manual testing Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Roles and Responsibilities: Domain: o Web accessibility/ CMS / Website Development / Advisory / Content Writing Accountability: o Understands end-to-end process: purpose of digital content, type of users (Internal or external) to provide final accessibility review o Demonstrates very good knowledge of WCAG, Adobe experience manager (AEM) tools and JIRA o Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS. JavaScript (optional) o Stays up-to-date with latest trends in Digital Marketing, assistive technology, web health checkup tools o Content Writing and authoring, keeping the site updated Delivery o Interact with Client and understand their requirements o Advise on how accessibility can be applied on web designing, layout /mockups etc. o Raise a technical bug in Redmine and provide guidance on accessibility to onshore dev team if needed o Provide trainings on Web Accessibility and AEM authoring to stakeholders
