What are we looking for?
o 8-10 years of experience in social media operations, channel management, or digital marketing, preferably at a global brand or agency. o Proven experience executing content across all major social platforms, with a deep understanding of platform features and nuances. o Strong operational mindset with experience creating workflows, documentation, and process improvements. o Familiarity with social publishing and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Emplifi, Brandwatch, Later). o Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. o Ability to handle fast-paced environments and juggle multiple deadlines with precision. o Experience working with cross-functional teams including creative, legal, customer service, and media. o Social Media Operations & Publishing o Manage the end-to-end execution of daily social content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, X, etc.). o Own publishing calendars, scheduling, and real-time content drops using social tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Later). o Coordinate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure asset readiness, messaging accuracy, and timely delivery. o Handle & Platform Management o Oversee all brand-owned social handles and accounts, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with brand voice and guidelines. o Manage platform access, user permissions, and admin controls with cross-functional and agency partners. o Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices to inform content planning and platform-specific strategies. o Community Management & Engagement o Lead community moderation, audience engagement, and reactive content planning in collaboration with customer support and brand voice teams. o Create and implement escalation processes for sentiment shifts, brand reputation management, and customer concerns. o Track and report on community sentiment, volume, and engagement performance. o
