Role& Responsibilites
Handle product listings on E-commerce platforms, drive new product launches and optimize them for better visibility.
Verify and approve product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Responsible for the accuracy of all aspects of products, including set up, pricing and categorization.
Ensure that all product listings meet company standards and guidelines.
Perform regular updates and revisions to product listings, ensuring they remain current and relevant.
Research and gather relevant information about products from manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate listings.
Manage all pages across E-commerce website, ensuring that all products are displayed in the right way and making it convenient for the customers to understand.
Handling the registration process / queries of new vendors and customers.
Manage order processing, return process and order flow of the products by coordinating with internal team.
Review and approve the order flow process to ensure smooth operations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce, digital marketing and technology in industry to ensure the company remains competitive in the industry.
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms with hands-on experience in managing product listings.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple product categories simultaneously.
Experience with Google Analytics and digital performance tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) for reporting and analysis.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, BA, B.Com, B.Com (H), E-commerce or a related field.
