Job Title:DigitalMerchandiser (Seasonal Campaigns)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated & detailed Digital Merchandiser to join our Digital Merchandising Team.This role oversees end-to-end digital merchandising for specific curated landing pages, including strategy development, cross-functional alignment, execution, briefing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and live site maintenance. It supports the Shop-in-Shop program through briefing creation, UAT coordination, and strategic curation proposals to ensure alignment and quality assurance.
Responsibilities include managing merchandising briefs in Figma and Monday.com, executing curation within DMCP using merchandising rules, and performing digital reporting on key performance metrics such as Add to Cart and category engagement. The role also monitors site health and performance, delivering actionable insights to guide strategic direction, and serves as a key stakeholder in ad-hoc digital merchandising and category management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end merchandising, encompassing strategy development, alignment with the Digital Merchandising team, execution, briefing, UAT preview, and live maintenance for curated landing pages (e.g., own brands, specialty diets, GLP1, FSA/HSA, etc.)
  • Support our Shop-in-Shop program, including briefing creation & UAT pages and experiences. Create proposals for curation changes, and present findings and recommendations to the Digital Merchandising team to ensure alignment and execution of quality assurance
  • Perform digital reporting, including but not limited to shops & digital merchandising landing pages (e.g., Add to Cart and category performance)
  • Manage & own the briefing of merchandising landing pages & shops, including creating the brief in figma with copy, asset links, widget IDs, targeting requirements, etc. & brief within Monday.com for all owned areas.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on merchandising experiences to ensure the experience matches the brief. Identify, resolve, or escalate any issues to the GCC Digital Merchandising manager as well as onshore Digital Merchandising + Channel Merchandising teams.
  • Execute merchandising curation (e.g. creating widgets with merchandising rules including pinning, boosting, burying)within DMCP for owned areas as well as DEI curations.
  • Perform ongoing monitoring of site health and performance through analytics and key metrics, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders to influence the overall direction of the site.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and as a key digital merchandiser/category manager stakeholder.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • 6-9 years experience in Digital Merchandising (e.g. developing digital strategies end to end through creation of strategy to execution & UAT)
  • Experience leading & developing a team
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Oracle, Bloom reach, Salesforce, Shopify, Google Retail Search, etc)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, content management systems and SEO best practices as a plus.
  • Experience working in Figma, project management systems (e.g. Monday.com)
  • Strong Microsoft Office application skills
