About the Role:

Bearys Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing and design team. We're looking for someone with a strong eye for design, visual storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visuals across both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creatives for social media, advertisements, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Develop layouts for websites, digital campaigns, and internal communications. Edit and enhance photos, graphics, and videos. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 3-4 years of professional design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) Canva and AI tools. Strong portfolio showcasing creative work. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in motion graphics or video editing. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
