Job Description


Position: Digital/Social Media Manager Location: Dadar Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Holiday) Description: This requirement is for a NGO firm and the candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing and be capable of efficiently managing social media platforms to drive crowdfunding success and enhance the organization\'s online presence. Responsibilities: Crowdfunding Management:Manage and execute crowdfunding campaigns on various platforms.
Generate donations and collections in line with specified targets. Social Media Management:Design a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
Create, direct, circulate, and share attractive content daily.
Stay abreast of the latest trends on social media platforms.
Ensure video brand messaging strategy is effectively implemented.
Implement new techniques and methods to maximize the organization\'s digital efficiency.
Monitor technical and non-technical aspects of the department. PR Communications:Manage all public relations communications within India and overseas.
Build relationships with media outlets and influencers for effective coverage.
Craft press releases and other PR materials. Digital Marketing:Utilize digital marketing tools to enhance the organization\'s online presence.
Stay updated with industry trends through design workshops, professional publications, and webinars.
Implement SEO best practices to generate traffic to the NGO website. Content Creation:Produce content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.
Develop different content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, hashtags, and white papers.
Oversee the website, promote the blog, and pitch articles to third-party platforms effectively.
Work collaboratively with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Weebly, Joomla, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in managing crowdfunding campaigns and meeting donation targets. Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Experience in public relations, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
