The Digital Media Executive will be responsible for
planning, executing, managing, and optimizing
Plus Point's digital presence across social media and paid digital platforms. This is a
hands-on role
--not strategy-only, not agency-coordination-only.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management (Organic)
Manage
day-to-day execution
of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Create monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, festivals, campaigns, and business priorities.
Coordinate with
designers, videographers, factories, and sales teams
for content sourcing.
Write
clear, brand-consistent captions
, hashtags, and CTAs.
Monitor comments, DMs, and ensure timely, professional responses.
Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.
2. Paid Digital Advertising
Execute and manage
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads
.
Set up campaigns for:
Brand awareness
Lead generation
Product promotions (especially Digital Locks & Smart Security)
Monitor ad performance, CTRs, CPL, ROAS, and suggest optimizations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for landing pages, creatives, and offers.
Ensure ad spends are
controlled, tracked, and justified

3. Content & Campaign Execution
Support execution of:
Product launches
Dealer campaigns
Carpenter-focused initiatives
Festival & seasonal campaigns
Ensure all content aligns with Plus Point's
