Roles & Responsibilities
Create, manage, and publish compelling content across platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
.
Design and execute
monthly social media calendars
aligned with marketing objectives and campaign strategies.
Actively manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a professional and brand-aligned tone.
Work closely with
designers, writers, and video editors
to maintain content quality and brand consistency.
Measure and evaluate performance metrics such as
reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
using tools like
Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards
.
Stay informed about
industry trends, platform updates, and viral content formats
to improve visibility and engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to support
campaign launches, events, and promotional initiatives
.
Analyze competitor activity to identify insights, benchmarks, and growth opportunities.
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
, including insights, improvement suggestions, and strategic recommendations.
Handle
on-site content creation
using iPhones--capture daily activities, coordinate approvals with teachers, and upload finalized creatives to the assigned campaign folders with relevant credits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline
.
1-3 years of experience
in managing social media accounts professionally.
Hands-on experience with tools such as
Canva, Meta Business Suite
, and similar platforms.
Solid knowledge of
social media algorithms, KPIs, and platform best practices
.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and consistency.
Basic familiarity with
video editing or design tools
such as InShot, VN, CapCut, Clipchamp, etc., is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience creating and managing
Instagram Reels, Stories, and trend-based content
.
Understanding of
influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies
.
Ability to manage
multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
.
Google Ads or Meta Ads certification
will be considered an advantage.
