Summary of Essential Job FunctionsCollaborating with Digital Media Data Delivery, IQVIA Product, Applied AI Science and Data Science teams
Maintain and proactively update project tracking tools
Execute the consumer modeled audience build process from start to finish, following established workflows and checkpoints
o Use product tools to generate audience builds, manage file transfers, update documentation, and maintain project trackers daily
o Prioritize multiple builds and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Perform rigorous quality checks and implement quality assurance measures throughout the audience build process.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Demonstrate excellent quantitative and analytical abilities to support data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrates the ability to rapidly acquire new skills and knowledge, proactively identifying and resolving challenges with effective problem-solving strategies
Assist in maintaining and updating internal operations documentation and standard operating procedures.
Exhibit strong adaptability and independent learning ability while managing multiple priorities with accuracy - responding efficiently to urgent requests, applying critical thinking to ad-hoc needs, working with new tools and platforms, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail to support consistent project delivery.

QualificationsBachelor's degree required
2+ years of relevant experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare background strongly preferred

Relevant SkillsExceptionally organized, with extreme attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Proven ability to learn quickly and solve problems effectively
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred QualificationsGeneral knowledge of digital advertising is helpful, but not required
Experience with Health Information Management or other healthcare billing/coding (e.g. ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS and NDC coding structures)
Familiarity with healthcare/pharma terminology
Strong qualitative and quantitative research capabilities
