Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

?Lead and manage the Digital Media Coordinators, ensuring consistent performance and goal achievement.

?Plan, supervise, and optimize digital content strategies for all social media and communication platforms.

?Collaborate closely with design, video and messaging teams to ensure cohesive execution of digital initiatives.

?Prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

?Drive volunteer engagement and oversee on-ground digital activation tasks such as content collection, vox pops, and marquee campaigns.

?Take ownership of meeting digital KPIs including follower growth, content quality, and activation tasks.

Requirements:

?Bachelor's degree in any discipline

?3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, team leadership roles.

?Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and digital trends.

?Excellent communication, people management, and coordination skills.

?Ability to multitask, handle pressure.

?

Male candidates and immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
