Role Purpose

We are seeking a Digital Media & Communications Coordinator who understands the responsibility and sensitivity involved in representing a school's voice in the digital space.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Sees education as a mission, not merely a service

Understands how parents think and what builds trust and credibility

Can communicate school life with warmth, clarity, and dignity

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage Iqra International School's official social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Plan and execute a monthly content calendar

Write captions aligned with the school's values, tone, and culture

Ensure timely and consistent posting

Content Creation

Design creatives using Canva or similar tools

Capture and curate photos/videos of school activities, classrooms, and events

Support basic reel/video creation where required

Communications & Coordination

Coordinate closely with school leadership and administration for approvals

Ensure all content is age-appropriate, respectful, and parent-friendly

Respond to basic comments/messages professionally (no sales or promotional pressure)

Brand & Values Alignment

Maintain a consistent, dignified, and respectful school voice

Ensure all digital communication reflects Iqra's ethos, culture, and educational philosophy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
