Role Overview
We are looking for
Digital Media Campaigners
who can plan, execute, and amplify social-media and digital outreach campaigns across all PolitEnt platforms.
This role demands
hands-on expertise in campaign creation, content distribution, and audience engagement
, with a strong sense of political, social, and entertainment trends.
Digital Media Campaigners act as the
frontline executors
of PolitEnt's digital communication -- turning editorial and creative ideas into measurable public engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Design and implement
issue-based, event-based, and brand-based
digital campaigns across multiple PolitEnt verticals.
Coordinate with creative, editorial, and production teams to align visuals, scripts, and publishing schedules.
Define campaign goals, audiences, and KPIs (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions).
2. Social Media Execution
Handle daily posting, hashtag optimization, and content timing across
YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, X, and Facebook.
Create, curate, and boost posts for
program launches, interviews, news stories, and brand collaborations.
Manage replies, DMs, and online community engagement to build a loyal audience.
3. Paid Campaign Management
Execute
sponsored campaigns
using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Promotions.
Monitor real-time performance, tweak creatives, and optimize ad spends for maximum impact.
Maintain data sheets and performance dashboards for each campaign.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign analytics (views, engagement, CTR, cost per reach, and conversions).
Generate weekly and monthly reports for review by the digital strategy head.
Identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements for future campaigns.
5. Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with
Digital Media Experts, Anchors, Video Editors, and Creative Designers
to ensure brand consistency.
Support
cross-channel amplification
-- e.g., linking YouTube videos to X threads, reels to story highlights, etc.
Liaise with PR and influencer partners when campaigns need wider reach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Journalism, or Political Science.
1-4 years of experience
in running digital campaigns for media houses, agencies, or brands.
Proven experience with
social-media scheduling, ad management, analytics, and performance tracking.
Familiarity with
Canva, CapCut, or similar short-form video tools.
Good communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of
political and social media trends
and an understanding of India's digital audience behavior.
Creative storytelling and copywriting ability for posts, captions, and taglines.
Experience in
election or issue-based campaigns
will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
