Job Description

As a Client Servicing Executive at Andreal, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet and exceed client expectations. This role demands strong communication skills, excellent organization, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

? Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

? Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their business objectives and needs.

? Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

? Work closely with the internal teams (creative, marketing, design, etc.) to plan and execute client projects.

? Create project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

? Regularly update clients on project progress, results, and key milestones.

? Provide clients with creative and strategic insights to help them achieve their marketing goals.

? Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to understand their business objectives and marketing requirements.

? Develop customized proposals and solutions to address client challenges and opportunities.

? Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.

? Collect and analyze data to evaluate project performance and provide clients with insightful reports.

? Make data-driven recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.

? Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

Excellent Client Services and Client Relations skills Experience creating and delivering presentations Provide exceptional Customer Service Account Management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the graphic design industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or relevant field
