Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage
paid ad campaigns
across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Handle
end-to-end PPC campaigns
: strategy, keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, budgeting, and optimization
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for
leads, conversions, and ROI
Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
Manage daily budgets, bids, and scaling strategies
Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, ad policies, and platform updates
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
Required Skills :
1-2 years of hands-on experience in
Performance Marketing / PPC
Strong working knowledge of
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Experience in
lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
Understanding of tracking tools like
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
Ability to analyze data and take performance-driven decisions
Good communication and reporting skills
Self-driven with the ability to manage campaigns independently
