Job Summary

:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced teaching professional to join our academic team as a

Digital Marketing and Web Designing (UI/UX) Faculty

. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in digital marketing strategies and UI/UX design principles, coupled with a strong ability to teach and mentor students.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions on: Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc.) Web Designing (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Responsive Design) UI/UX Design (Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Tools like Figma, Adobe XD) Create and update course content, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry trends and standards. Mentor and guide students through projects and portfolio development. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve curriculum and teaching methodologies. Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing and design trends, tools, and technologies. Conduct seminars, guest lectures, and contribute to community or industry outreach programs. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications

:

Required

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Design, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or UI/UX design. Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design principles. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.

Preferred

:

Teaching or training experience in a formal or informal setting. Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) or UX Design. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online teaching platforms.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners. Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for teaching. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
