Job Summary



We are looking for a

results-driven Digital Marketing professional

to develop, implement, track, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, strategies, and analytics, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Manage the company's online presence through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media Create and manage paid campaigns (PPC/Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to produce engaging digital assets Manage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience (1-5 years) in digital marketing or a related role Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and email marketing platforms Excellent understanding of web traffic metrics, SEO, and content marketing Analytical mindset and data-driven approach Good communication, creativity, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications



Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.) Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, or web development

Performance Metrics



Website traffic growth Lead generation and conversion rate ROI on paid campaigns Engagement rates across digital platforms Cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
