Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and drive the successful launch of our fragrance-based cosmetics brand. This role will be responsible for building brand identity, creating buzz pre-launch, executing go-to-market campaigns, and driving online sales and customer engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Launch Strategy
Develop and execute a pre-launch, launch, and post-launch digital marketing strategy
Build brand awareness and positioning for a premium fragrance-based cosmetics line
Create digital launch campaigns, teaser content, influencer collaborations and countdown strategies
Ensure consistent brand voice, storytelling, and visual identity across all digital channels
Performance & Growth Marketing
Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube and influencer platforms
Drive traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition through performance marketing
Optimize D2C website, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Monitor ROAS, CPL, CAC, and overall marketing ROI
Social Media & Content Marketing
Develop and manage social media strategy with a strong focus on visual storytelling, reels, and short-form videos
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content for fragrance and beauty consumers
Manage content calendars, community engagement, and brand collaborations
Work with influencers, beauty bloggers, and fragrance reviewers
SEO, CRM & Retention
Implement SEO strategy to build organic visibility
Manage email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing for customer engagement and retention
Analyse customer data and buying behaviour to improve repeat purchases
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Continuously test and optimize creatives, messaging, and channels
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of beauty, cosmetics, and fragrance consumer behaviour
Hands-on experience in brand launch and D2C marketing
Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer marketing, and social media growth
Knowledge of SEO, CRM tools, and marketing automation
Excellent storytelling, content sensibility, and aesthetic judgment
Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Educational Qualification
Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Certification in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing is a plus
Experience Required
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, fashion or lifestyle brands preferred
Experience managing brand launches or early-stage brand growth is highly desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
