Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving measurable growth, developing strategies across multiple digital channels, and managing end-to-end campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business goals.
Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth.
Plan and optimize digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using analytics tools.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-performing campaigns.
Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging tools, and algorithm changes.
Mentor junior marketing team members and manage vendor/agency relationships if needed.
Key Skills
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Deep understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a record of driving growth.
Certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
