Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and drive the digital transformation strategy for the marketing team aligned with business goals.
Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies in current digital marketing operations and implement process improvements and automation tools.
Marketing Technology Management:
Lead the evaluation, implementation, and integration of marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms).
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with IT, Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure cohesive digital initiatives.
Data & Analytics:
Build frameworks for tracking and analyzing performance data across digital channels to inform strategy and improve ROI.
Change Management:
Lead training, communication, and stakeholder engagement to embed new tools, processes, and digital mindsets.
Innovation:
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a transformation or leadership role.
Strong understanding of MarTech tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Adobe Experience Cloud).
Proven track record of leading large-scale marketing transformation projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
