Create and update training programs, modules, and materials for various beginners.
Training Delivery:
Conduct interactive sessions on digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, SMM, SEM, Analytics, etc.).
Hands-On Guidance:
Provide practical experience, help with live projects, and offer one-on-one coaching.
Needs Assessment & Evaluation:
Identify training needs, tailor content, and assess learning effectiveness through feedback and performance reviews.
Stay Current:
Research and incorporate the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices into training.
Support:
Offer ongoing support and guidance to trainees.
Qualifications:
Graduate (any) & minimum 1 year certification in relevant field.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging, practical, and interactive learning experiences.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (11:30 am to 5:00 pm)
