Key Responsibilities
Train students on core and advanced Social Media Marketing concepts
Teach platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
Explain content planning, calendars, and audience targeting
Guide students on organic growth strategies and basic paid advertising concepts
Train students on Reels, short-form video strategy, and current social media trends
Introduce and work with industry tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer/Later, Canva (for marketers), and basic analytics tools
Conduct live practical sessions, assignments, and case studies
Help students build portfolios and understand real agency workflows
Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2-5 years
of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing
Experience working with digital marketing agencies or managing brand social media accounts
Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement metrics, and performance analysis
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Excellent communication skills in English, hindi and bengali.
Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners
Confident classroom handling and student engagement skills
