Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Digital Marketing Trainer

with in-depth knowledge of modern digital strategies and the

integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

in everyday marketing operations. The ideal candidate must have strong domain knowledge, hands-on industry experience, and a passion for educating and upskilling the next generation of marketers.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and deliver

structured training sessions on: SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads YouTube & Video Marketing Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Email Marketing & Automation Content Strategy & Distribution Online Reputation Management (ORM) Website Planning (WordPress, Landing Pages) Analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, Heatmaps, etc.)

Train extensively on emerging AI tools

in digital marketing including:

ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, Surfer SEO

Canva AI, Runway ML, Synthesia

, etc. AI for ad copy generation, social media content, creatives, reporting, CRM, automation, etc. Demonstrate

real-life applications of AI

in campaign planning, targeting, content production, A/B testing, etc. Help students adopt

AI-powered workflows

for faster and more efficient marketing outcomes. Develop and regularly update training

curriculum

,

modules

,

assessments

, and

capstone projects

with AI integration. Conduct

live project-based training

, case studies, and analytics interpretation sessions. Guide learners in building

digital portfolios

integrated with modern tools and platforms. Provide

mock interview sessions

,

performance feedback

, and career guidance. Collaborate with marketing and content departments to facilitate practical exposure.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT, or related field. 3-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in both execution and training. Strong command over AI tools, marketing platforms, and performance-based campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for engaging public speaking. Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent certifications preferred. Ability to translate technical concepts into simplified, learner-friendly instruction.

Additional Advantages:



Curriculum development experience with AI-integrated learning modules. Knowledge of freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and strategies to build a digital marketing career. Experience conducting

corporate trainings or workshops

. Passion for emerging technologies, marketing innovations, and growth hacking.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
