Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and online sessions on Digital Marketing modules (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Content Marketing, Web Analytics, etc.)
Design lesson plans, create training material, and update content as per industry trends
Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock interviews to evaluate student learning
Provide one-on-one mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions
Prepare students for certifications like Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.
Maintain attendance, performance records, and training feedback
Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality learning outcomes
Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and workshops
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience in digital marketing
Prior teaching/training experience preferred
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to simplify complex topics for students from non-technical backgrounds
